Please Note that the ATV Driver for TVOS 13 has the following limitations:
- There is no metadata feedback
- The new ATV OS13 has a port hopping algorithm. While we try to do our best to keep up with the port, sometimes an ATV reboot is required. The user will be notified when such a reboot is necessary.
- [New Feature] – We have added an Event that is triggered when a reboot is necessary. The event can be customized to reboot the ATV using a smart power source.
Overview & Supported Features
This is version 2.13.4 of our driver to control AppleTV 4 & 5 from Elan.
The driver has been updated to include support for the HR10
The Elan Driver is capable of querying AppleTV, returning metadata and controlling transport functions of the ATV.
THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS ARE SUPPORTED BY [THIS DRIVER ]:
- This Driver supports AppleTV 4 & 5 with ATVOS 12.4 – 13.4
- Event Map for Apple Reboot Event (NEW)
- All Apple TV’s on the network can be powered on during setup and driver installation
THE FOLLOWING PLAYBACK OPTIONS are NOT supported by [this driver] :
• Apple TV 1,2 or 3.
