The driver is two parts, one part is an irrigation zone controller and the second part is an input driver that controls Programs and retrieves usage information.

Usage Monitor: The Elan controller is capable of querying the Rain Machine in either Local or Cloud modes and retrieving usage information.  Event maps can be triggered based on the information calculated in the driver.
